provides a lot of nutrients. One banana a day helps to prevent high blood
pressure and its complications at a distance.
The potassium in the banana contributes to muscle contractions. As the
heart is a muscle, a regular supply of potassium enables it to contract
normally and thus avoid the risk of high blood pressure. A person who has an
adequate supply of potassium is less likely to suffer from high blood pressure.
