After a year of hard work, the
entire staff of Santé-Education met in Agbavi, from 22 to 24 December 2022, for
an annual retreat. The initiative taken
by the administration aims to take a step back and reflect on strategies to
stimulate rapid growth of the company.
The meeting was opened by Basile
Mignaké, Director General of Santé-Education, who recalled the context of the
retreat and congratulated the staff for their selflessness and tenacity during
the year 2022.
For three days, the departmental
heads and consultants reflected on how to improve the services of Health and
Education.
They were able to examine and
identify the values on which to build an effective team.
Santé-Education, still in its primary
role of educating the population about health, looked at issues related to the
health and well-being of the population. Thus a three-year development strategy
was drawn up with the aim of propelling the company forward and above all to
better serve the population in terms of health information.
At the end of the work, concrete
actions were proposed to improve the functioning of the company and to
reinforce the team spirit.
Santé-Education promises very
good things for the population during the year 2023.
