This infusion is rich in vitamins A and C, flavonoids and powerful antioxidants. It promotes better oxygen transport through the cells and protects them from free radicals. It is antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, and stimulates liver function if this organ is overloaded.

Recipe: 1 spoonful of parsley (5g), 1 spoonful of fresh mint (5g), 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice (20 ml), 1 glass of water (200 ml). Wash well. Then chop the parsley and mint. This allows the oils in these plants to infuse much better. Heat the water. When it starts to boil, take it off the heat and add the two herbs. It's very simple. Leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Then leave to stand for a further 10 minutes. Finally, strain. Take the infusion in a favourite mug and add two spoonfuls of lemon juice. If desired, add a little honey to sweeten slightly and drink this beverage after the main meal of the day. Drink 1 glass every day for 15 to 20 days.
