bottlenecks, and thus facilitate the re-programming of activities for the
following year. The Agoè-Nyivé health district is not excluded from this
process.
Over
the course of 03 days, participants have assessed the level of achievement of key
performance indicators, and identified strengths, areas for improvement and
bottlenecks hampering the implementation of activities in the Agoè-Nyivé health
district. They have also proposed solutions and make recommendations to address
the problems and shortcomings.

objectives, to identify bottlenecks together in order to propose corrective
measures. We have also taken advantage of these three days to present the
operational action plan for the year 2025 for health structures and at district
level”.
The
meeting included group work, plenary presentation of reports based on
performance indicators, presentations, exchanges on specific topics and
analysis of problems. Proposed solutions were also put forward, with a view to
achieving better results in the future.
