Exercise
is a significant ally for health. Several studies show the benefits of physical
activity on the human body. But it can also have effects on mood. Physical
activity is good for morale. Several sports can be assets in daily life.
Walking can be beneficial when feeling unmotivated. A walk helps to get back on
track. This practice helps the heart beat faster and provides fresh oxygenated
blood for better concentration. Swimming helps to decrease stress levels and
releases cortisol, which can reduce feelings of stress. Finally, dancing
releases endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, which increase
feelings of happiness.
Those
living with an illness or health issue can get an uplifting boost through
physical activity. Doctors should encourage everyone to find movements that
match their mood and provide inspiration to those who don't know where to
start.
