Garlic

Raw garlic is an amazing natural remedy for purifying your blood. The allicin in garlic is a sulphur-containing compound that becomes active once raw garlic is crushed, chewed or minced. Garlic has been shown to detoxify the blood by protecting the liver from toxic agents. Garlic also has strong antimicrobial properties, helping to purify the blood and keep the intestines free of bacteria, parasites and viruses. Start adding garlic to all your dishes, or simply take crushed garlic with water to detoxify.
