The immune system is sacred. That's why it needs to be preserved and strengthened on a daily basis. Cold-pressed juices help strengthen the immune system.

The body has immunity. This is the body's ability to defend itself against aggression and pathogens. Once the aggressors (bacteria, viruses, parasites) have been identified, the immune system sets up defence mechanisms, the main agents of which are leukocytes, also known as white blood cells. These immune cells are in fact the body's warriors.

A lack of certain vitamins or minerals can disrupt the immune system, and fruit and vegetable juices can provide the nutrients needed to strengthen it. Juices are the best way to help the immune system.

Recipe 1: 3 fresh beetroot, 2 carrots, 1/4 cabbage, 7 mandarins, 2 glasses of water (400 ml). Wash the beetroot and carrots well.Then cut into small pieces to make blending easier.Chop the cabbage too. Place the beetroot and carrots in the blender with the cabbage, cut into small pieces.Blend until the juice is smooth and set aside.Next, squeeze the mandarin oranges.Combine the mandarin juice with the two glasses of water and the carrot, beetroot and cabbage juice.  Drink throughout the day: the first glass on an empty stomach and the second with your main meal.This way, you can continue to benefit from the properties of this juice in a quick and easy way.

Recipe 2: 1 medium beetroot, diced, juice of 1 lemon, ½ cup coconut water (125 ml), 1 pinch iodised salt. Start by blending the beetroot, then add the rest of the ingredients a little at a time. Drink immediately. Although you'll probably be satisfied with the beetroot's characteristics, you can double the quantities if you're really hungry after drinking the first juice.

Recipe 3: 1 lemon (extract juice). 1 cucumber (extract juice), 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice. A bunch of parsley. ½ glass of water. Take this drink before bed as it is most effective during the night.

Recipe 4: 3 beetroot, 3 carrots, 3 apples, 3 oranges, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon honey.Wash the beetroot, carrots and apples, then cut them into small pieces.Extract the juice from the oranges and lemon, then blend everything in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into an airtight glass jar and refrigerate.Drink a large glass of this juice every morning to get your day off to a good start.With this juice, energy and dynamism are sure to be on the menu for the day.Warning: Lemons are not recommended for people suffering from acid reflux, heartburn or stomach ulcers.

Recipe 5: 5 lemons, 1 teaspoon spirulina. After peeling the lemons and removing the seeds, blend everything together in the extractor.Once the juice has been extracted, add a teaspoon of spirulina and mix well before enjoying this delicious natural drink.
